David Patrick Moses Architect, PLLC is an established firm specializing in quality architectural design in the beautiful North Carolina Mountains and beyond. Over the years we have worked with many of the high-quality builders in the area. We have a thorough knowledge of building practices, code requirements, and approval processes that are necessary for a successful project. The team approach is our technique for working with owners, contractors, interior designers, tradesmen, and others involved in the construction process. Our experience provides our clients with the leadership they need to guide them through the many decisions and details to be considered.

We offer full “start to finish” architectural services to assist our owners through design, documentation, bidding, and construction observation. We can also provide specialty services, which may include predesign programming, special problem analysis, or independent consulting. We stand ready to provide our clients with technical proficiency, practical experience, and creative expertise to provide appropriate architectural solutions. It is our philosophy to provide our clients with the best designs that meet their individual program needs while maintaining sensitivity to the project environment. Site development and building development are integral components of our design process. A “step by step” design sequence is used to keep our clients fully involved and up to date with the work that we are doing. Our experience includes a wide range of project types. We have completed many beautiful custom homes in the Mountain, Piedmont, and Sandhills regions of North Carolina, as well as out of state from Montana to the British West Indies. Our commercial work includes church and civic buildings and a variety of business facilities. Our firm has also designed a series of recreational projects including clubhouse facilities for new golf courses and tennis clubs in the regions.
